The script is complete (written by an award-winning screenwriter with Hollywood experience), and we already have a Director and Editor in place. We’re now preparing for production and are looking for someone who can take the lead on the practical, logistical, and organizational side of making the film.

This is a key position, perfect for someone who enjoys turning a creative vision into a well-organized production. This is an opportunity to play a central role in bringing an original independent film to life, working directly with the Director and producing team from pre-production through the shoot and wrap.

The role can be tailored to the individual’s experience and availability, with opportunities to become more involved in the producing side of the project if that is of interest.

We’re looking for someone who:
– Has experience as a UPM, Production Manager, Line Producer, Producer, Production Coordinator, or in a similar role.
– Is highly organized and comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once.
– Understands, or looking to learn, the realities of independent film production and working with limited resources.
– Is a strong communicator and problem solver.
– Can balance the needs of the creative team with the realities of budget, schedule, and logistics.
– Is comfortable taking ownership of the production while working collaboratively with the Director and producers.
– Is resourceful and knows how to get things done without unnecessarily increasing costs.

Prior UPM experience is preferred, but we’re open to someone with strong production-management experience who is ready to take on the role.
