This is a casting for one scene in a larger script — to be used in fundraising for a short film…those cast will be considered for the larger project.

Seeking actors for four characters:

Husband/Father (male) — late 20s/early 30s, working-man/blue-collar type…probably an alcoholic, with a volatile temper.
Wife/Mother (female) — late 20s/early 30s, low-key and non-confrontational, but strong, wife to troubled husband…loving, but with spark of joy/resilience.
Son (male) — 9 to 11, dutiful, peacemaking son…looks up to father, mostly with fear, and loves/protects his mother and younger sister.
Daughter (female; non-speaking role) – 6 to 8, shy, younger sister who is in constant fear of her father’s explosive temper.
