VIDEOGRAPHER

The Videographer works on the creative team to conceptualize, develop and create designs for video, web and social media and use the visual arts to support and enhance the worship services and ministries at Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church (ETBC). This position reports to the Technical Creative Director.
Responsibilities:
• Write, direct, shoot, edit and produce videos on a weekly basis
• Film church events/activities in action and seek proactive opportunities to cover the events at ETBC
• Create compelling testimonies, ministry highlights and announcements for worship services, web and social media
• Provide video support for ministries as assigned
• Active contributing member of the Creative Team – helping to plan details of worship services
• Create layout and story lines for video pieces
• Think creatively to produce new ideas
• Able to think visually; to envision a project from beginning to end
• Work with audio visual and social media team to develop visual branding for sermon series, services and events
• On-location and studio recordings capturing and editing sermons, music, and special events
• Post-production processes from editing line cuts to finishing videos, including color correction and audio sweetening
• Edit weekly broadcast including introduction, original content, praise and worship, announcements, sermon and end credits with transitions and lower thirds
• Cut-shot sequences of different angles at specific points in scenes, making each individual cut as fluid and seamless as possible including drone footage
• Edit video to insert music, dialogue, and sound effects, to arrange them into sequences
• Edit creative sermon shorts from weekly sermons (60-90secs) for social media outlets
• Development and production of original photography and video content for platforms including, but not limited to, YouTube, Twitter and email campaigns
• Create and edit motion graphics
• Utilize a variety of industry-standard programs, such as the Adobe Creative Cloud tools/Final Cut Pro X, to cut footage, refine existing footage, insert appealing transitions, and otherwise improve upon the raw material of the footage
• Prepare media files to be shared across multiple platforms, including but not limited to, approval processes, Adobe Creative Cloud, and web-based video delivery
• Manage media storage and retrieval; ensuring all digital files are saved and cataloged for project operations, delivery, and long term archival
• Maintain a high level of knowledge of the most current and emerging software, techniques, and technologies

Requirements
• The ability to effectively tell stories through video
• A degree in Video/Film Production or previous work experience in production/editing
• Strong writing skills
• Working knowledge of camera, lighting, and grip equipment
• Working knowledge of Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.
• Able to multi-task and work with tight deadlines
