We are casting children ages 5-10 years old to act in an independent short comedy/art film by Angela Rio (Space 1026) and produced by Kate Banford (Good Good Comedy Theatre). The shoot is on Sunday 2/16 at 10:30am in Philadelphia.

Kids will be singing in a small choir and then chasing Angela out of the church. Will be fun, short and energetic!

Artist Bios:
Angela Rio is an artist who’s work can currently be seen at the PHL International Airport. She’s exhibited art at Printed Matter, Inc. NYC, Space 1026 and Fairmount House in Philadelphia. She is the co-author of a DIY papercraft book called The No-Kill Garden published by Running Press available are Barnes & Noble. Her illustrations have been commissioned by The New York Times, Philadelphia Magazine, and Little Baby’s Ice Cream.

Kate Banford is the co-founder of Good Good Comedy Theatre and the highly successful festival Five Dollar Comedy Week. In 2019 she was named on a list of “New Philly Power” by Philadelphia Magazine, in 2017 awarded “Best Comedy Club” by Philadelphia Magazine and in 2016 named “Who’s Next in the Arts” by Billy Penn. She has presented work at the New York Comedy Festival, Philadelphia Fringe Festival, Blue Heaven Comedy Festival and for Philadelphia Parks & Recreation and the Fairmount Park Conservancy.
