Short Synopsis: A student attempts to restore a neglected university garden in quiet defiance against the decay of the values around him– contemplating how individuals should act upon virtue amidst hopeless systematic issues of justice.

Passer-By: (Male) A thoughtful university student who’s a small piece of the campus puzzle. He’s sympathetic and struggles to balance his own life and larger-scale issues weighing down on him.

Garden Caretaker: (Male, above 35y) Spends his time carrying out his devotion to the garden that evidently needs more than just him.

The film takes place in one location in West Philadelphia and will span two days (Feb 25,26) for the Passer-By, and one (Feb 26) for the Caretaker.

The project is UNPAID; meals will be provided and actors will have access to footage along with a copy of the film.
