Character:
White male, conservative, emotionally manipulative, and deeply insecure after losing his job during the recession. Despite being married to an immigrant Vietnamese woman, he constantly complains about immigrants “stealing jobs” and projects his failures onto others. He genuinely believes he loves his wife, which makes the character more unsettling and layered rather than outright villainous.

This role involves:

The film explores themes of immigration, resentment, survival, love twisted by control, and economic desperation.
