In collaboration with the Media Arts Council, the Lansdowne Arts Committee presents A Cinematic Point of View, a group exhibition exploring how visual artists use cinematic techniques such as lighting, perspective, framing, and mood to tell stories through a single image. Featuring work across photography and mixed media, the exhibition highlights both traditional and experimental approaches to visual storytelling.

In collaboration with the Media Arts Council, the Lansdowne Arts Committee invites regional artists to submit work for consideration for A Cinematic Point of View, a visual arts exhibition that explores how the language of cinematography is translated and adapted beyond the realm of filmmaking. Included artworks will showcase how visual artists, particularly photographers, reference, adapt, and reject this vocabulary in their own storytelling.
