Project Description: Local Healthcare Internet Project
Seeking:
PAN-ASIAN / EUROASIAN PATIENT, Age Range: 50 – 70
Pan-Asian/Eurasian. Age 50-70. Fit but on the frail side, not overweight.
Role Shoots April 8th.
HISPANIC FEMALE PATIENT, Age Range: 40 – 70
Healthy looking. All body types welcome.
Role Shoots April 16th.
HISPANIC MALE PATIENT, Age Rage: 40 – 60
Fit but heavier set.
Role Shoots April 16th.
TRANSGENDER PATIENT, Age Range 18 – 99
Transgender or talent able to portray transgender.
Role shoots April 8th.
CAUCASIAN FEMALE PREGNANT PATIENT, Age Range 30 – 40
NOT BLONDE!!! Healthy appearance. Shoots April 8th.
PROJECT DETAILS
Rate: $350/Half Day
Shoot Date: April 8th or April 16th, depending on Role. Shoot date noted under each role.
TEMPERATURE CHECKS UPON ARRIVAL. MASKS WORN ENTIRE TIME.
Location: Philadelphia Main Line Area – you MUST live within 1.5 hours of shoot location
Usage: Website and Social Media, 2 years
