Event Details

In this special presentation, Filmmaker Ephraim Asili will guide participants through his creative process when connecting the personal to the historical, of reacting to your surrounding environments with nuance to identity. Asili will share strategies for breaking out of the rules of traditional filmmak- ing, and how this approach can often lead to a more organic process of compiling a film. Ephraim Asili is a Filmmaker, DJ, and Traveler whose work focuses on the African diaspora as a cultural force.
