Event Details

Please join us on Thursday March 22nd from 7-9pm at the McCowan Memorial Library in Pitman, NJ. From 7:00-7:30pm, you can network with your fellow screenwriters and filmmakers. Then at 7:30pm, the craft lecture will begin on From Outline to Scenes. After you have finished your outline, how do you decide which scenes really need to be in your film, and equally as important, which ones don’t? While your blueprint may change, most writers benefit from fleshing out their outline and creating a scene list. There are many advantages to having a solid story structure in place, especially later at the rewrite stage. Join us and learn how to take your script from outline to scenes and the benefits of doing so. After the lecture there will be time for Q&A.
