Please join us for a special evening with Oscar-nominated film producer Ron Yerxa.

Ron Yerxa is an award-winning film producer whose hits include the Oscar-nominated “Nebraska”, “Little Miss Sunshine”, “Cold Mountain,” and “Election”. His executive producing credits include the Wilco documentary “I Am Trying to Break Your Heart” and the Levon Helm documentary “Ain’t In It For My Health”. He is also co-executive producers on the current HBO series “The Leftovers”.
His film “Louder Than Bombs”, starring Jesse Eisenberg, Gabriel Byrne and Isabelle Huppert and directed by Joachim Trier, premiered in competition at last year’s Cannes Film Festival.

We are a member of the Association of Film Commissions International (AFCI). GPFO, first established in 1985 as a part of Philadelphia city government, continues to reside within city offices.

In 1992, we became a regional economic development agency, incorporating in 2000 as the Greater Philadelphia Film Office, a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation.
