Live Footage 215 Productions Presents The Intro to DIY Filmmaking Series

This series consists of 4 classes that will teach students how to start creating films with a low budget. Students will learn:

The equipment that’s needed for film production and how to adjust camera settings for filmmaking.
How to create a film using a smart phone.
How Aperture and shutter speed work.
DIY Film Lighting Hacks
DIY Sound Recording for Film Hacks

Live Footage 215 Productions currently produces the 5 Shorts Project and The Mix Up Television Show. Live Footage 215 has produced 15 short films via the 5 Shorts Project that were distributed via Comcast and Verizon. Founder, S.L. Sawyer, is a film writer, producer, director, and editor. S.L. has extensive experience in film production, television production, video editing, and project management.

The Greater Philadelphia Film Office (GPFO) is a "film commission" representing southeastern Pennsylvania that officially serves the counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia.

We are a member of the Association of Film Commissions International (AFCI). GPFO, first established in 1985 as a part of Philadelphia city government, continues to reside within city offices.

In 1992, we became a regional economic development agency, incorporating in 2000 as the Greater Philadelphia Film Office, a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation.
