The Gershman Philadelphia Jewish Film Festival (GPJFF), the city’s first film festival and country’s second oldest Jewish film festival, is back for its 40th season! Fall Fest 2021 will be entirely virtual and stream for two weeks. This season, GPJFF will be showing 30 Philadelphia premieres, two shorts programs, an Israeli TV series by the creators of SHTISEL, a FREE master class on television writing with Raphael Bob-Waksberg (the creator of Netflix’s BOJACK HORSEMAN), a Jewish visual artist showcase and panel on art & activism, and so much more!

The Greater Philadelphia Film Office (GPFO) is a "film commission" representing southeastern Pennsylvania that officially serves the counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia.

We are a member of the Association of Film Commissions International (AFCI). GPFO, first established in 1985 as a part of Philadelphia city government, continues to reside within city offices.

In 1992, we became a regional economic development agency, incorporating in 2000 as the Greater Philadelphia Film Office, a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation.
